Leaves of Love

Our First Modern Quilt!! Anne and Kelly are so excited about this fresh new quilt made as a wedding gift for a family friend. The idea was to gift something both practical, and bridal. What better than a white quilt with just a touch of the brides favorite color. Kelly pieced the top with love and thoughtfulness on what would make this quilt "modern" The Bride is about 20 years old and loves the color green. Anne long-armed straight lines different widths apart for an ultra texturized look and feel. On the strips of green she quilted a "flowing leaf" pantograph which came out absolutely fantastic. The pictures really do not do it justice and we will have more to follow once the binding is on. So excited!!
